Transfer of Information Outside Quebec

We use service providers located outside Quebec, particularly in the United States (e.g., Shopify, our payment processors, and our marketing and analytics tools). Your personal information may therefore be stored and processed outside Quebec and Canada.

Before communicating personal information outside Quebec, we conduct an assessment to ensure that it receives adequate protection in accordance with personal information protection principles, and we enter into written agreements with our providers to govern this protection.
