Order processing times
- Standard Products: Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days after receipt of payment.
- Custom Products: Due to their bespoke nature, custom orders require a production time of 10 to 15 business days after validation of the artwork.
Shipping costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and your shipping address. These costs will be clearly displayed at checkout.
- For large or international orders, additional charges may apply.
Order tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow the progress of your package in real time.
- If you do not receive your tracking number, please contact our customer service.
Delivery areas
- We ship across Canada. For deliveries to other regions, contact our customer service to discuss possible options.
Receipt of order
- Upon receipt of your order, carefully inspect the package and its contents.
- If a product is damaged or missing, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and affected items.
Shipping Delays
- Tempo Tents is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, such as weather, customs, or carrier strikes.
- However, we undertake to keep you informed in the event of a problem.
Return to sender
- If an order is returned to Tempo Tents due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
