Intended use
- Our Tempo tents are designed as temporary shelters. They should not be used as a permanent solution or left unattended for extended periods.
- They are suitable for outdoor use under normal conditions. In case of extreme weather conditions (strong wind, thunderstorms, heavy snow), they must be dismantled to avoid damage.
Mounting and anchoring
- Assembly must be carried out in accordance with the supplied instruction manual. Incorrect assembly may compromise the stability of the structure.
- The included anchoring systems must be used, but depending on conditions, additional anchors may be required. The user is responsible for ensuring secure attachment appropriate to the environment.
Maintenance and storage
- After use, clean and dry the canvas before folding it to avoid mold or damage.
- Store your tent in a dry place away from moisture.
Limitations of Use
- Do not hang heavy or bulky objects on the structure, which could affect stability.
- Avoid contact of the canvas with flames or heat sources. Although the canvases are flame retardant (compliant with CPAI-84 certification), they are not resistant to direct flames.
- Our products must not be modified or altered. Any modification voids the warranty.
User Responsibilities
- The user is responsible for monitoring weather conditions and dismantling the tent if necessary to prevent property damage or personal injury.
- Tempo Tent disclaims all liability for damage resulting from incorrect assembly, insufficient anchoring or use not in accordance with these conditions.
Complaints and Warranty
- In case of manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Damage caused by misuse, extreme weather or improper maintenance is not covered under warranty.
