Standard products (non-customized)
- Returns are accepted within 15 working days of receipt of the product.
- Products must be returned new, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a manufacturing defect confirmed by our team.
Personalized products
- Due to their unique nature, personalized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the event of a manufacturing defect.
- It is essential to carefully validate the models, dimensions, and specifications before production. Tempo Tent cannot be held responsible for errors approved by the client during validation.
Manufacturing defects or order errors
- If you receive a product with a defect or error in customization, contact our customer service within 7 business days of receipt with photos and a detailed description of the problem.
- After validation, we will proceed with a replacement or correction. No additional compensation will be offered.

- Tempo Tents cannot be held responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, or extreme weather conditions.
- Products returned without prior authorization or after the deadline will not be accepted.
